The Ultimate Sleep Support Package is completely personalised to your little one. During our consultation we will work together to create a bespoke, gentle sleep plan that takes into account your child’s personality, temperament and your parenting style.
My Ultimate Sleep Support Package comes with a Standard and Premium option so you can make the choice of what support levels fits you and your family best.
Standard
The Standard Package includes:
- Sleep analysis and questionnaire prior to our meeting
- 90 minute video consultation on Google Meet
- Fully personalised sleep plan
- Up to 8 follow up calls (20 minutes long each) over 4 weeks

Premium
The Premium Package includes:
- Sleep analysis and questionnaire prior to our meeting
- 90 minute video consultation on Google Meet
- Fully personalised sleep plan
- Up to 4 weeks of Daily WhatsApp Support (7am-9pm, Monday to Friday)
- Up to 8 follow up calls (20 minutes long each)
